In all fairness,a retired DEA (Drug Enforcement Agent) wrote a book about how the US government played the Cali cartel to topple Pablo Escobar & his
Medellín cartel.The retired agent is the one on the History Channel's program "Killing Pablo".The agent retired after realizing the whole operation had nothing to do with stopping cocaine trafficking from Colombia into the US.It was all about WHO the US government was going back as the the Latin drug cartels.Politics!
Too many people were slaughtered for a popularity contest! Its sick.
