Can you believe the Roanoke, VA cops are trying to determine if someone whose hands were tied behind their back and their legs bound and a plastic bag over their head was suicide or murder.
Unless these clowns come upon a scene where the person is standing over a dead body with a bloody knife or a smoking gun in their hand they have no idea how to proceed. There are probably more unsolved murders in the Roanoke Virginia Valley than any other place in the Commonwealth.
Why is it that

Yeah I believe it. What have you heard Doug? I haven't heard any more about it. Why is it when something like this happens, in certain circles of people (privileged), every thing gets quiet? Swept under the rug? Whats going on with that and the case?

Roanoke death still puzzling 1 year later

Investigators have been tight-lipped since Cary Mitchener was found dead in her Roanoke home on April 15, 2013.

A body had been found in a house in the 2600 block of Stanley Avenue. Cary Kendall Mitchener, a 56-year old wife, mother and registered nurse, was found in her home with a bag placed over her head, her arms tied behind her back and her legs bound.
Roanoke police say James Mitchener (right) is not aiding officials in the death of his wife, Cary, last year.
Police are also waiting for the medical examiner’s office to deliver an autopsy report listing a cause of death. Morrison said a large amount of evidence was collected at the scene, and analyzing it has also been time-consuming.
it will be the combination of evidence and interviews that eventually will lead police to classify the case as a homicide or a suicide. He said the search warrants have been helpful to the investigation, but not as helpful as if key people would cooperate with police and provide information.

From the various stories, we figure police were trying to find out who bought the items used in her suicide/murder. They looked at financial records and videos at the store. You'd think that would have shown if she or he bought the items. The husband's lack of cooperation with police is so extremely suspicious.

Two and a half years and still no ruling on suicide or homicide.
