Ex-sheriff hunt tried the "brotherhood" approach in dealing with the situation, and it led to the killing. He is responsible for the delay involving honest law enforcement. It almost cost a Trooper's life too. Franklin county law enforcement needs to improve their hiring process, forget the "buddy" system.
