I read in the Burg where the two families of the boys killed by the train near Elliston are suing NS. I think the two families are looking at NS deep pockets. I think they failed as parents by not teaching their boys not to walk on the tracks. I lived by the tracks when I was 6 yrs old until 17 and everyone knew not to walk on train tracks. Th parents are trying to shift their failure on to NS. If I'm on the jury that won't work. Common sense tells you at age 16 and 17 you shouldn't walk on RR tracks. However, I am deeply saddened for their loss.

They were trespassing on NS property. I think these people will not get anywhere.
