Hip replacement is a major surgical procedure that may present complications. Patients who have experienced complications are taking legal actions. As what I understood on http://www.hiprecalllaw.com , DePuy voluntarily recalled their products after it was found out that the device was defective. Complaints against the manufacturer are rising in number.

Yeah, law firms should be alarm about this increasing number of Defective DePuy Hip Replacement Cases because if nobody would stand make this manufacturer pay for all these faulty devices, who would? and they will just continue distributing this and more people will suffer. Metal-on-metal hip replacements, a certain type of artificial hip, are setting off alarm bells among some patients and surgeons. A growing number of patients are experiencing problems with certain implants, including inflammation, pain and immobility. It would only be right that there are lawfirms who are willing to stand and support their rights against irresponsible manufacturers. It seems that more and more people are filing lawsuits against device makers of hip implants. Let's hope that they get the compensation they deserve for the injuries that they may have experienced from their hip replacements. I read here http://postpartisannews.com/legal-news/rotten... that these devices may cause serious complications that even the government is already investigating on how some manufacturers are marketing them.
