I sure hope these kids get tried as adults. They knew exactly what they were doing when they did it.

And you know this how? If they were a part of your family you wouldn't be so quick to be judge and jury!!

How could you possable know that. Every one is reading whatever they can about it on the internet comming up with their own conclusions and no one but the kids have any idea what happened.

It would obviously be devastating but what exactly did Richard do to the kids that CPS was involved and he could only have supervised visitation?

How do all you guys that don't live in DFW find out about this stuff? Be happy that justice will be served for the mother.

Its funny how "everyone knows the story" when in truth all you really know is what you herd or read on this site, the news doesnt tell all i can promise that. For an example she actually was sneaking out way before Paul came along. i have known Jen for alittle over 4 years now and i can read this all i want and i will still be more accepting to the story of "the kids just ran away in bad timeing and the mothers stalker ex-boyfriend was really the one who killed her" than i will ever be until i hear it cme out of her mouth. This girl is not a killer, she struggled to graduate, she wanted more than anything to go to collage and marry paul, i dont think she would really do something like this (maybe self defence?) to meaningly through it all away, and IF she did this it wasnt planned.

If she was innocent she would be talking instead of refusing to cooperate with the South Dakota police and the Texas Rangers. What would she have to lose by talking, it's not like she's gonna get grounded for leaving state with her mom's car.

never said she WAS innocent, just said everyone was quick to judge and that they dont know the whole story yet. they (you included) only know what you have been told or what you read.

she maybe innocent, she may be in shock to find out that her mother is dead, hopefully thats the case, but as i said before its highly unlikely. this girl NEVER let the words"i hate my mom" "i wish my mom was dead" or anything like that slip out... you would think that something would have hinted this if she had dont it.

I dont know the whole story just like the rest of you, personnaly i dont take murder lightly i lost my best friend/sister at the age of 6. i just like to think out side of the box before i jump to conclusions i like to see all the possibilitys.

Paul's dad told the Dallas Morning News that he talked to Paul and said that Paul relayed information to him about the day of the killing so obviously they did do it. Sometimes you think you know someone but you really don't. Also there was a baseball bat on Jennifer's bed and blood spatter in her room and on her bedroom door, she and Paul also had some belongings packed up prior to the murder. As far as the ex-boyfriend stalker, I don't think so.

So what exactly did Richard do to these kids that required CPS to become involved and that he had to have supervised visitation. You're related to him you should know.

It doesnt really matter where the murder stuff is or where the blood is anyone could have done it, and i have kept up with this story where did you hear about dad saying that his son told him stuff? because last time i herd anything from dad on tv or in the news was last night when he said he didnt think his son had anything to do with it that jen and her brother did it and that Paul just went along unknowingly.

If this happened to one of your family members would you have that same reaction??? This is my family you are talking about. Why so quick to judge? This is a situation that you hear about everyday around the country but everytime it is someones family member, brother, sister, mom, dad etc...

ok i found where it daid that he talked to his son and he thought his son was innocent doesnt mean that any of the kids did it, still means anyone could have. and plus anything the father say MIGHT be to just help his son out of this mess, who knows? all you know is what you read, cant repeat this enough. NOTHING PROVES ANY OF THE KIDS DID IT. again as said before it really looks bad for them, and it is likely that they did, but we dont know.

Teens accused of murdering 43-year-old mom are being returned to Texas

08:30 AM CDT on Wednesday, October 1, 2008
By WENDY HUNDLEY / The Dallas Morning News

The father said his son was shaken when he spoke with him Monday, and he relayed information about the day Ms. Bailey was killed. The father would not disclose that information, but he said what the boy told him convinced him of his son's innocence.

"I don't think he was involved in this," his father said of the capital murder charges.

The man added that Jennifer and her 14-year-old brother had troubled pasts that included run-ins with their mother.
