As I understand a court case from several years ago, aircraft cannot be used for fishing expeditions for finding stuff like growing hemp, it can't be used in court and be admisable.

Why couldn't they use aircraft evidence? So if I had a weed plant growing in my window and a cop walking around the neighborhood looking for growing marijuana saw my plant, this couldn't be used in court?
