I hope everyone in Tallassee made it safely through the storms last night. I understand that Eclectic didn't fare as well. As a former resident of Tallassee, can anyone tell me if there was any damage there?

I am pretty sure anything south of Montegomery was not hit. All of the severe damage is north of there.

I talked with one of my grandmother last night and she lives in Hamilton. I think there is some damage there but nothing like Hackleburg or Phil Campbell. I do know they don't have any power.

How much damage did Albertville have with yesterday's tornado? Praying for everyone affected!!
I called the Albertville Police Department and they advised me that all of Marshall County is without power & phones... No one was hurt in Albertville. They had really fast wind gusts and heavy rain. No tornado touch downs. Hope this helps everyone. I know I am relieved to hear this news as we have family there. Thank God and God Bless those that are affected by these tornados.

Tallahassee is fine. I live North of I-10 off 319. Marianna in Jackson County got some damage, mostly at their airport.

Unable to reach elderly mother & sister who live in a mobil home on Matts way in Hazel Green. They are likely without power, but cell phone won't work either. Very concerned for their safety -- anyone tell me how bad the storm has hit that area?
I'm in TN just above the state line. Hazel green proper wasn't hit bit
Like most all of N Alabama is without power and phones. Cell service is spotty at best. try not to worry too much, folks here look out for their neighbors, especially the elderly or otherwise disabled. I'm sure someone is looking out for them.

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Virgo

It's a rather low-key day with a few disappointments to cope with along the way. If you were looking forward to a social event, such as meeting up with friends, it may fail to live up to your expectations. It might even be delayed or postponed through no fault of your own. There could also be problems about how much something is going to cost, forcing you to scale down your plans to make them more affordable.
