Last week, monday to be exact there was a raid on a man's home in newell, alabama. i just want to tell you a little bit about this total disregard for privacy and what a total failure the state agencies, aspca, and local law enforcement are. My friend has been raising and selling american pit bull terriers since the late 70's. He has never had a complaint filed against him or any other problems whatsoever with anyone until now. They came in and confiscated 20-or-25 dogs. none of these dogs were "scarred" or anything like the dogs they found in a similar raid in roanoke, which obviously were being fought. But they are trying to group him together with this other guy in roanoke who had cocaine in his possession and steroids. They even took my friend's medicine---- testosterone and b-12 which he takes himself, they said he was shooting the dogs up with it to make them stronger. They came in the home and pissed all over the bathrooms, they purposely tore his vcr's and other electronics up, left trash everywhere. this has, to say the least torn my friend and his wife apart. These guys acted like they owned the place. Please help in whatever way that you can to shut this joke of a organization down or at least let them be punished for what they have done. there needs to be less government and let people live their lives. My friend has never fought a dog, he raised these dogs for companions but because they were pitbulls, is the only reason i feel like he was raided. This makes me sick to my stomach, i am so disgusted with this state and local law enforcement, and aspca, i think that they should all be shut down because all they do is destroy people's lives. Ive known the man in newell for 35 years and he has never fought dogs, never sold dogs to be fought, he is not cruel to his animals, in fact the people who came and took his dogs didn't even allow him to feed them before they arrested him, how cruel is that? they went for two days without food until he was released from jail, and they surely did not feed the animals themselves, that would involve work. they poured dog food and chicken food out on the ground. these police (if thats what you want to call them) are total jokes and abuse their authority. it is a sad state of affairs when one person saying someone fights dogs can get their home raided and trashed i might add, tore up flower beds, ruined vegetable gardens, trash left everywhere from these jerks, mud smeared carpet all through the house and for what? 20 healthy and well taken care of dogs. these jerks even sat down at my friend's table and ate his food. there was no "fighting material" found on premises. i hope each and everyone of them involved gets the same treatment one day, and they will because you dont do things to people like this and not get it back, in time, in the way why dont they concentrate on stopping some of this meth and cocaine that is EVERYWHERE in Randolph county, wedowee in particular, i know i know they get payoffs from that right? it has to be or they could stop it. i have heard of task forces and others in wedowee sherriffs department calling known methmakers and warning them they were about to be raided--------- "better clean it up before they get there, they are on the way." i think half of the police or more are on meth, cant even back a trailor up ???------- i've always been told if you want to be a crook go join the police department, then you can get away with most anything. And they took a grow light used to grow vegetables during the winter, when the light was ordered it said no--where on it that it was illegal to own a grow light-------???

I know William as well and have been to his home a few times. This old man loved his dogs and took much better care of them all than I could my two.

They are trying to group the two together in some way. You can tell the guy from roanoke fought his dogs---look at them.... and then look at William's--no scars at all... I hope everyone involved in the raid on William's house gets what they deserve... Thanks to "Well Said" for standing up for what is right, anyone who knows William knows he don't fight dogs or train dogs to fight. This is partly because Wiliam had to repossess a truck from "undercover cop chris ferguson" who lives in lagrange georgia and is total trash. I think he got in some trouble as usual and thought he could get out by telling them a innocent man's name.. it don't work that way chris ferguson and you will get yours as well...

Well they killed all of William's dogs. Kindof odd for a supposed "animal protection" organization I think. The husu or aspca whatever they are called are a joke, a legal terrorist organization bent on getting rid of pitbulls. whether they are well taken care of or not as i found out. William's dogs were definitely well taken care, I think they were better off just left alone where they were, at least they would still be alive......

more is beginning to unravel about this supposed "rescue". It was all called in by a tip to hsus or aspca 3 or 4 years ago by a used to be family member who didn't like William and the information that piece of trash chris ferguson and his undercover friend came over and taped, which was in essence NO evidence at all. William had to plead guilty to 5 counts of animal cruelty, because of financial reasons, no money left for the supposed lawyer, so he got thirty days community service --- wow they really made a difference --- ha ha what a f**king joke these people are. all while crank and cocaine is running the streets, and cops and judges are gettin their payoffs.... i hope the fat bastards can't sleep at night, i don't c how they could. what a crooked county randolph is, if i was anybody who isnt a narc or informant ---- stay away from randolph county and their crooked d.a. and judges, who will take a plea bargain from 5 felony counts down to 1 misdemeaner just so they can think they are right, ha what a joke they all are. one day people are going to get tired of all of this and declare open season on them....

Who killed the dogs and how do you know? I haven't seen any news stories about that. I thought the HSUS was getting them evaluated for adoption?

today was 31 days from when they "stole" William's dogs, they said they would have them "evaluated", probably by the same people who said William's 8 month old pups had scars from fighting, which is totally absurd. go figure... William's 5 year old grandson played with all of these dogs on a daily basis.... really don't know but are quite sure they have already been put down, but the bigger argument is why were they taken to begin with? they were being well taken care of where they were. I think William has been grouped with the coke-head in roanoke who definitely was fighting his dogs because no-where on the video does it show any of William's dogs, they are all at the roanoke location but yet when you read the article they are all grouped together like they were partners or something... if you knew the whole story you would be sick to your stomach.
