Same thing as what used to go on at cloudland. If you don't have the talent, go to Avery county and build your football program.

They all have purchased or rent property there in Hampton. Thing of it is, how many addresses do they have? If you have one kid playing at Hampton, and another kid playing little league baseball and other youth sports in Avery county, which address do they go with? Are you in Avery county or Hampton? One of them should not be playing where they are. Just goes to show that with a little money you can get people to turn their head. Probably wouldn't do any good to call TSSAA. They had a lot of experience at cloudland getting all those kids eligible.

It's about the coach. Not a coincidence that Avery kids were going to cloudland when he was there and now he is at Hampton. Best player on cloud land's girls basketball team is from Avery county. So some f it still goes on there.

I think the girl your talking about is from Boone NC she come to Cloudland because of a divorce .looks to me like the players and the parents of the kids from Hampton would not allow this to take place, but I guess do whatever it takes to win

It is really sad that people are so igorant that they pick on innocent children. The kid that you are talking about is a great kid. You people should remember if you have children that you will be paid back for this. When people start bashing your kids then you think about what you did. Leave the kids alone and be happy for them. I really can't stand to read this junk and see just how igorant some people are.

What this is about is kids transferring from other schools and taking spots from kids who have grown up in that school and then lying to get them eligible. This is everything that is wrong with sports in high school today. No loyalty to your community and no pride in your school. The idea is that if you can't get your way, then just transfer out. This is not about the kids, this s about the parents who move their kids around from school to school. Great lesson your teaching them. If things don't o the way you want, just run away.

Check his tags and his driver license. I think you will find that his primary residence is in NC. It does not matter where you own property, it is where your primary residence is. Yes, it will get all over you.

Say what you will, but Hampton was turned in last year about the kid in question, the Tssaa went and checked out the house and he was cleared to play. The 2 kids from Cloudland that I speak of don't even live with they're legal gardians or the Cloudland school zone.

Like the TSSAA gives a crap. They would never even step in at cloudland years ago. My point is that parents move their kids from one school to another because their kids do not get the playing they want at one school or they do not get to play the position they want. That is what is wrong with high school sports. instead of working harder or playing the position where they are needed to help their team, they just change schools. Shows weakness and lack of dedication.

Or they might to change schools because they think they might have a chance of going somewhere into the playoffs rather than losing in the first round every year. If you look back over the last 7 or 8 years, you will see Hampton has accomplished quite a bit more than Avery has. It also doesn't show weakness and lack of dedication to change schools it shows "dedication" from the parents and kids to change schools, because it shows that they are willing to do whatever it takes to be good.
