RTA hub renovations likely to start in fall

Renovations of the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority hub in Trotwood will likely begin this fall and be done next spring after the board of trustees on Tuesday, March 2, awarded an engineering consulting contract.
The consulting contract will probably cost more than the project.Who decides which firm gets the consulting contract?
Will they screw this one up like they did with the downtown one?
