A judge has smacked down Mayor Bloomburg's nanny state attempt to control the size of sodas served in NYC restaurants.

I think this might make Bloomie think twice about his latest project, the attempt to control the volume available in earphones.

I think we should have you fly to NYC and drink a tray full of Pepsi in his office.

He should have added and axed the question:"Where has common sense went?" Is it only Tea Party people who state without hate for nagging-nanny government and the Welfare State?: "Go away! Leave us alone! Mind your own business, and your business is not mine, no matter how much you chatter or whine!"

Hey, Bloomturds, this may sound deranged and strange, but today I had a good time shooting some of my guns for fun, at the Miami Valley Shooting Grounds indoor target range! Oh, no, this pains and strains your brains! Does this mean that you'll be board and boring and flying here on those jet planes?

I don't drink Pepsi. I dringk water, coffee, unsweetened iced tea and Diet Rite. In that order.

Bloomie's order would not have affected me at all. I just know he is way out of line with such an order and the judge agreed with me.

Soda and freedom lovers ought to greet him, this old busybody media 'ho, with big soda pops everywhere he goes and shows.
