Philadelphia Park Casino holds job fair

The Philadelphia Park Casino in Bensalem is holding a job fair Tuesday to fill two hundred new positions.

This was a disgusting! It wasn't about the lines or the cold wind blowing it wasn't about being shuttled through like cattle in a cattle farm....It was getting through to the inside after being weeded out from those wearing sweat pants and hoodies to being well dressed and looking spiffy and then checked for relevance in our resumes it was after interviewing for the position and instead of asking what makes me good at the job, whether I have past experience it was about allegedly "personality". I have plenty of that mind you and I showed it too but it all came down to whether I can dance to an IPOD and how hard I gyrated and how much I played up my sexuality with the judges one of who is the Ops manager of the place! I didn't get through. despite my work experience in the area, my good work history, my college degree my business suit my stunning personality or my eloquent speech it all came down to me and a scores dancer and a couple of Korean Borgata entertainers who looked like they should be walking the streets and danced it up like that too! I walked away with a hand shake and a thanks for coming. I am disappointed and extremely humiliated by this experience! The miles and miles of hopeful faces the lost and the jobless the soon to be homeless all of them had a poignant story I would have gladly walked away a looser if I knew that a deserving soul got my place. After interviewing three times with three different people it all came down to "dancing". The 'upper' management at Phila Park is made of nothing but scum and pimps!
