The Cook County States Attorneys Office was contacted and six felony charges against the 15-year-old were approved. This included three for possession of a controlled substance on school grounds and three charges of manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance on school grounds. The juvenile will be petitioned to juvenile court, the release said.
I Will not comment on right or wrong but consider this they willingly purchased pills and willingly injested them. All involved share equal blame. Also the charges are to be in juvenile court=no prison time. We should just be happy everyone will see another sunrise!
