I can't wait for this store to open. That ridiculously small Jewel store in N Riverside should be closed. That place puts me in a bad mood.

It is small and the carts suck they are so messed up. It does have a gloomy look to it.

What's worse about Jewel's is their New Low Prices.
They should be ashamed of that banner outside , only good deals are on the preffered customer deals.

They have new carts , but they haven't taken away the old ones yet , so stupid that the carts you grab inside are crap and the ones lined up just outside are brand new.

It's nice that they have handy wipes to clean the carts.

They had a makeover not too long ago , the Stickney location is brand new from scratch which might be the better solution , unfortunately the N.Riverside Jewel is attached to a shopping center.

I was shopping in Tony's today at the deli. I selected a ticket # to be waited on at the fried chicken side. When my # was called I said I wanted the fried chicken, then was yelled at loudly by some young guy' I can't help you over there" after which I was ignored so I left without anyone ever approaching me to take my order. The 5 min I waited there no one ever said I didn't need a # for the fried chicken, only the deli I assume is where the tickets are for? There should be a sign that says that! I won't be going there ever again after being yelled at so rudely and embarassed!

I shop at the Tony's in Bridgeview and think they have pretty decent prices as well as good variety. Hope this location maintains that as well. My only issue with the Tony's in Bridgeview is that all the cashiers seem to be very high schoolish, really young and chatty with one another when your waiting to be rung up. It annoys me just thinking about it.

I see they have a security guard unlike JEWEL.

What is that suppose to mean , unlike Jewel.

A security guard's presence makes me feel as if I should be more cautious because it can be an unsafe place.

Did you like the selction of food items?

The selection in the fruit area was great!
In the frozen pizza area too.

I bought a slab of carrot cake from their bakery. It was at a good price, but Dominick's carrot cake has more flavor. Oh well.
