Sure you can keep believing those lawyers are the friend of tax payers or you can see them for what they were, greedy people that took risk with our money and lost!
Since you feel the only interest the attorneys the county hires is making more money for themselves and have no desire, nor the knowledge to win the case, than maybe you feel we should not have attorneys at all, we should just let County Supervisors handle all our legal cases because they are so wise. Of course Biane was quick to turn to a attorney as soon as he was asked any questions...and the rest are lawyering up just as fast as they can

I know as Mayor "JP" has had concerned citizens come to council meetings expressing their concerns in a respectful manner, and when they leave, he makes fun of them over the mic, like a bully in a playground. He is a bully, unprofessional and vindictive. He gives examples of his character during council meetings in the way he treats not only the citizens of Upland, but his follow council members who dare to disagree with him
I agree with "Concerned" - the major is rude and unprofessional to the citizen's he was elected to represent.

The only problem is the FBI dose not investigate stuff like that. Do you know how hard it is to get the FBI to investigate crimes they do investigate. Its extremly hard yet they had 40 agents IRS and FBI

FBI and IRS When they team up they know whats going on and already have gathered some good evidence. They are looking into big money loan fraud money laundering and other white collar crimes. Its very difficult to get the FBI to do anything. But once they are watch out

Not true at all, the old owner was broke and could not afford to expand. Let's not start the same old program of untruths to advance personal agendas. Let us all see what the issues are here before rushing to judgement or worse rushing to push innocents off a cliff.

He also is or was married to Rays daughter and father to his grandson. And I wouldn't doubt anything from ether of them.
and just a note if any law people are reading there are some very expensive cares in Ray's garage that seem to always be there but are registered in Nevada. Just another thing.

Jason is adopted son of Ray Crebs. I doubt seriously that someone like Ray Crebs would be associated with lawyer Frank Lizarraga of Ontario Planning Commission. Lizarraga and Pomierski's lawyer Robert Schauer are former partners at Covington and Crowe Ontario.

Would anyone like to venture a guess as to who the first person in that gang to turn and try to offer evidence on the rest of them to save themselves would be , or do you think the feds could have enough now that they would not even need any of them to.

The old owner was not forced to sell. I over paid for the business. Mike Voltz had already recieved CUP permits from the city for the expansion. It took me over two years to go through the process and I am the only bar in town that closes at 12 AM Sunday through Thursday. So Old Baldy don't blog and drink!
