Is scamming tax dollars out of the people?

There are several areas of construction, that I noticed have been underway for years.. I'm talking 7 years or more.

Take the Magnolia exit for instance. Can't remember a time there was not a tractor shuffling dirt around and several orange vest laden workers laying down pipe.

Are we just "digging holes" to create jobs like they did in the truman years?

They have been working on a Freeway off ramp for 7 years. It's very fishy, and I'm not buying it. What do you think?
