This is great news for the city of Los Angeles and the hundreds of dispensaries generating millions in sales tax. These dispensaries allow legal medical patients to acquire their medicine from a business instead of a gang-banger drug dealer. It seems that legal patients in San Bernardino are expected to obtain their marijuana from the local corner thug instead of having a safe place to go. In summary, current dispenseries in Los Angeles and San Bernardino county illegal drug dealers are the real winners in Colton. The Federal Law aspect has been disproven in court. The state of California and every other state in the union determines what laws it will enforce with the state taxpayer's resources. Apparently, even in California, there are a great number of uninformed local leaders.

If you cannot grow your own, legal Colton patients may want to befriend a local gang banger drug dealer who will be able to provide ongoing access to marijuana. Legal patients should give these drug dealers a copy of their physician notes and signed designation of primary caregiver. If you agree to show up to court to defend the gangbanger if he is ever arrested for marijuana, you can make sure that he will not go to jail; so that your access to medicine will continue. This may thwart the city's efforts to extract potential criminals; however you will ensure your ongoing medicine supply. Of course, if there is a legal dispensary in town, most of your legal patients will go there and avoid the dangerous gang-banger drug dealers. It is your choice.

i bet if the city was collecting taxes on the medicine it would be a-ok. instead of making the people who use this medicine go to the street pharmacist im sure the consumer wouldnt mind paying the standard sales tax on their purchase. its alot safer for a sick person to get their medication at a physical residence with security for the premises versus an alley way. it only makes sense. its time our elected officials see eye to eye with the voters and start allowing the laws we vote on to be excercised by californias citzens to the full extent. medical marijuanna has been legal for medicinal purposes in california since 1996 why havent the politicans and law makers hashed out these little details ?

Prohibition will continue to allow for criminal activity. 1..2..3..WAKEUP! It is obvious that Americans have spoken out to end prohibition and the propaganda against this natural herb! States are now listening to the people and one by one states are allowing medicinal marijuana. Why would anyone in his or her right mind want to continue enforcing prohibition? Regulate, tax, educate, so we can take the burden off of our judicial system while saving tax dollars.
