Yeah, I know Chuck Smith was a terrible landlord. Boy, he had rotten apartments. A walking reason for rent control.

But Perris? Still too close to Sun City. That is sure one overpriced town for senior citizens, isnt' it?

Chuck Smith the landlord? He should be in jail! I remember he once he started crying about some scam he tried pulling on some tenants, he messed with them, then the law came out and asked if the tenants wanted Smith carted off. Luckily, they said no, because Smith's a weirdo.
