There was a website that was purported to be for Vietnam veterans who were in the 37th Marines. Regular looking site, had pictures, guestbook, all that. But it's not there now, and when you Google 37th Marines, it doesn't show up anywhere.

Wonder what happened with that? Was it a real unit? Or was someone practicing making a Vietnam movie or something?

The site listed its home base as being in Riverside.

I remember that! They had a website maybe three-four years ago, then it was taken down and now you can't even find any reference to any 37th Marines that were in Vietnam. That's weird, isn't it?

Hey, I just searched the web and didn't find it again! There's an army unit from WW II, a Marvin the ARVN 37th ranger something or other, but no 37th Marines! I wonder what that's about? And the website was supposed to be from Riverside!

Why would someone do that, I wonder?

They were gay Marines. They just got legalized and they went off to marry each other. You can find their site on homosexual sites now.

Naw,just joking about that last part.

I believe that one. But weren't they really ex-NVA Cong dudes who were just faking to be ex-Marines? Wasn't that a fake site for that Wonderland movie?

Boy, they got some weird things on the Web, don't they?

That's my guess, and then they get peopled fired for no reason except figuring out what they're doing!

I don't like that Wonderland movie anyway. I think it's stupid and it's not even right.

Hey, are these the same guys that do all the pharmacy spam on Yahoo? I thought so.
