I want to hear from Mr.J.D. Horspool again although it is very unlikely. By now he knows that others have a very different perspective of him. We that know the truth about guardians have no reason to slander, the truth is bad enough.

Mr. Sesspool, I was wondering, and only someone who is into abusing an elderly, could answer this one, and since the sesscreatures on my case will not answer, I thought that I would try someone else. So here goes, Mr. Sesspool, do you all (and I mean judges, attorneys, and guardians) from every state meet once a week, month, 2 - 3 times a year, and if so in which state is the sewer you congergate in.

Unlawful and abusive guardianships/conservatorships are a growing national epidemic. But, the "dirty little legal secret" is coming out and with it will come reform.

In his post, Mr. Hoorspool tried an obvious lawyer dirty trick which failed miserably. The focus is now turned back to him -- and his silence will affirm his dirty tactics, lack of empathy and personal participation in the abuse of vulnerable and helpless people -- for profit.

Janet Phelan's accounting of activities in San Bernardino County mirror situations that are being documented across this country. Involuntary Redistribution of Assets (IRA) cases are on the rise. They revolve around the assets of an individual being distributed in a manner contrary to the person's intended (and often stated) wishes. IRA practitioners accomplish these actions via trusts, wills or guardianships. An individual's assets can be looted either during their life or posthumously. Some actions take place with court complicity.
In a recent column ("Your Town, USA - a Great Place to Live, Launch and Loot?"), I referred to attorneys who prey on the elderly as "walker stalkers." The folks commenting on this post could put together a respectable directory of walker stalkers. It sounds, though, as Ms. Scott and her group have earned a top ranking in the "Who's Who of Walker Stalkers, Grave Robbers and Property Poachers."

seagod1. you hit the nail on the head. he is a pedaphile. his eldest daughter was molested and said a "neighbor" did it. but we all know the truth. his 17yr.old daughter still lives in the house and is homeschooled. she is morbidly obese.
there are others i'm sure he has abused. he was molested as a child and now he does it to others.

j.david horspool sexually abused his own sister. he is now committing elder abuse against his own father. he has put a restraining order against his brother so he cannot visit his father, raymond p.horspool sr. this brother was the primary caregiver to his father. you all know the drill. the day mr.j.david horspool ceases to exist on this earth will be a day we can all breathe easier. he does nothing but suck the life force out of the people he comes into contact with.

Reading her well written article and the comments of those who have met with and spoken to her, I would say the only thing crazy about her, is the disregard for her own safety and reputation. Whenever a person takes a stand against people who hold positions of such influence and power over society, they themselves become a target. A target for being set up, framed, suffering mud slinging campaigns against their character, having their passion held hostage by the legal system and even murder. I could use the help if you're willing to provide it. My mother is now a ward of the State of Connecticut, and, in less than a year's time, 60% of her Estate has been spent.
