Police: Man Possible Poisoned By Tampered Energy Drink

A 50-year-old Riverside man who sipped an energy drink that may have been tampered with became sick Sunday, police said, according to City News Service.

As long as you got it from a different Vons, it should be safe. I would check for the safety cap and taste it yourself before giving it to the little ones.

I love G2, and that damn lid is hard enough to get off. Did anyone ask the alleged victim if the drink was as hard to open as usual?I don't beleive it was Mfg. fault, someone tampered with the contents.

If the safety seal isn't broken, I wouldn't worry about it being safe. Aside from the awful taste, if your kids will actually drink that stuff, make sure that the bottle is sealed...
