A typical "Suffolk County" Comment. Long island IS a big pile of sand and what someone with some earth moving equipment is making a buck moving it around. Whats the matter , does it seem like the county and town havent done a full 100% rape with its permits, fees and enough red tape to circle the earth a few times ?

Just think it's funny how it's ok for some to get rich by avoiding taxes, not getting permits and pretty much breaking the law - while others do things the way they are supposed too. Guess it truly is a dirty business.
