Sadly, chances are the husband enjoyed a few drinks at the wedding.
The BMW swerved and hit them. The husband was not at fault.

How senseless and positively tragic. A little baby has no mother because of someone else's stupidity.

My condolences to the family.

Mrs. Mager was a wonderful person. All who new her loved her. My oldsest daughter had her as a second grade teacher las year, before she moved down to kindergarten. Our family loved Mrs. Mager. We are so saddened by this tragedy. SHe was an example of how ALL teachers should be...warm, fun, 100% for the kids and a wonderful teacher. SHe has no doubt left a lasting impression on all of her students and parents who knew her. We are all so sad.

Maniancs on the road are killing innocent people. Law enforcement needs to step up and start hitting these folks where it hurts, in the pocket and jail time. Drive like an A S S and your insurance goes up. Drive with multiple offenses or suspendend license and you go to jail. OR LET THESE ACCIDENTS KEEP HAPPENING

no charges were filed
that means the Police deemed it an accident
doesn't say why the BMW swerved
he could have swerved to avoid a deer or kids in the road
my condolences to the victim's family

So sad. May Jennifer Mager rest in peace. Sounded like a good person. Her little girl has to grow up without a mother no thanks to the a'hole driver who ruined a family & his own life with his carelessness.

RIP, truly sad :(
I feel so sorry for her daughter :(

Was she wearing a seat belt?

Everyone needs to take a proper defensive driving course. You really need to learn defensive driving techniques on the Island because there are so many cars, so many young inexperienced drivers, morons, overworked, etc ,etc. One of the things you learn is accident avoidance and how to minimize damage in an unavoidable accident. You owe it to yourself. Just a quick correction to the left or right may have saved this womans life. A lot of drivers don't realize that they can turn their car out of the way even when the brakes are fully engaged in an emergency.

Real sad this.
