Dr. Feldman is extremely rude and unprofessional. He allows his staff to be disrespectful and condescending to patients. In speaking to several of my family and friends we all decided not to give his dentistry our business. He really needs to sedate his patients because without sedation his procedures are too painful. In addition, he does not try to make the customers feel comfortable. I tried twice, because I taught I was being sensitive, but after my last visited I called the Better Business Bureau and I have a formal complaint on file. It is truly unbelievable. My suggestion is for no one to give money to doctors or anyone that has poor customer service. Absolutely Ridiculous!!!
