Hi Ms. Nowicki,
Just wanted to let you know about a call we received from Microsoft, right. This one wanted to take control of my computer by allowing them permission to engage with it. Luckily, we had caller ID and we noticed that the number was unlisted. I asked for a phone number, was told to contact them by an email address and that was the end of it. This happened around one month ago. Hope this is helpful and not a waste of time.
