Riverbank man sentenced for fifth DUI conviction
Jerry Titus, 39, of Riverbank was sentenced to two years and eight months in state prison for his fifth DUI conviction, for being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license.

5 DUI's?? Is it some sort of requirement to kill someone before you get locked up long term??
