If things r looking brighter look down the road and invest.when was the last time a brand new public school has been built or updated like many cities that have less tax revenue?nothing says something better about a city with great public schools.. To get more people in the city ,public schools have to be average or above including scores and buildings and curriculum. If lorain ohio has strategized to do this and accomplished it,why can't taylor and other cities. Look onto internet " new lorain high school".see how this unglamorous city has accomplished this.change for the better is good.not rocket science.remember those signs" city on the grow" and bumper stickers "bee proud" 30 years ago.. invest in future of young people through public education that can be bragged on. work with county and state and tax payers the way lorain ohio .has. and they make less money there on average.thank u.
