Yeah you are correct, I was in error about the time and without closely following the current events of the trial at that time I posted this, which was based on early reports that had it late into the night!<quoted text> Trayvon did not confront Zimmerman at 3:00 a.m. in the morning as you claimed. It was in the early evening all hell broke loose, not 3;00 a.m. as you claimed in your post. Timeline of events in Trayvon Martin's case can't be disbuted.
About 7:10 p.m.: Phone records show Martin was on his cellphone with his female friend around the time he saw Zimmerman while returning from a convenience store to the home of his father's fiancee.
The realism is, why was Martin lurking about after dark in the rain?
Had he of just been passing through, no one would have paid any mind to him (at least not of any significance)...but the reality is, a guy stopping and looking into or at apartments after dark and in the rain where most people are indoors, really stands out...especially in a neighborhood that has had a rash of break-ins.
On top of that, Martin's odd behaviors of staring at Zimmerman, then coming at Zimmerman, then realizing he was on the phone he runs away from the vehicle that Zimmerman was sitting in...really puts up some red flags!
From what we see right here in the metro-area, in is not a stretch my any means for a black youth to aggressively go after someone who would dare interfere, watch or question their questionable activities!
And to think a 17 year old would not commit crime...yeah tell that to that 12 year old who killed a pregnant woman for a few bucks a few years back, or tell that to the woman who was carjacked AT GUNPOINT by 16 and 17 year old blacks at Grand River and 8 mile on Thursday morning (yesterday) or the 8 year old that broke into the bank this morning at 3am by smashing his bike through the glass door.
Martin was guilty of being suspicious, drawing attention to himself, then assaulting someone who would challenge his suspicious activity!
