Detroit launches program to crack down on illegal businesses

This crackdown is a disguise to generate needed revenue. The city has done it occasionally in neighborhoods too. Inspectors drive around and cite people for grass over 6" or peeling paint. These businesses refused entry because they know the inspector will hold them hostage over things. They will demand expensive changes. The restroom will need to be ADA approved even though they only hire able workers. And so on until fees are paid.

I bet Bobby Ferguson never had these problems.
