That's cause most people there are such heavy drug users that they became sterile! And the ones that did give birth was just too high to take that pill! another reason is any one worth a crap has all ready moved out of that trash pit!

If our lawmakers had the balls to cut off women who keep having babies to get more welfare money, the rate would drop even more. The taxpaying public is tired of these leeches spitting out baby after baby to profit from the welfare system. One yes,any more look to the baby's daddy for support. You want welfare, mandantory drug testing and Depo Provera shots.... no less!

"Arkansas is where my dad is form I glad he moved to MI and he way right in that he didnot want any of his kid have a dumb southern draw and I belived the people there where about as sharp as a blowing ball
