If i were a bank president or head of some corporations and knew that improper procedures were being done and played hush hush until things got out in the open how things were being run by some employees and later acknowledged knowing wrong doing by many, do u think i could just wipe the slate clean by firing some who were doing wrong and also fired whistleblowers, could i replace all these personnel and just apologize and keep my position? Not hardly! What really is the difference here?what kind of repercussions would occur? Am i going to increase bank fees for allowing bad decisions to happen punishing innocent people for my negligence and / or letting my associate friends get away with it? Folks there is little difference here!
