all of these comments are beyond ridiculous and so disrespectful! I can't believe people speak like that about someone who was killed.-I was married to this man and to clear it up,this is where he's from;his mothers home should be a safe haven,not a crime scene.he was a great Guy in the wrong place at the wrong time.he will forever be missed.

Any place in Detroit is the wrong place and any time is the wrong time.
If this is the sailor's home I guess there will not be a burial at sea.

I don't automatically fault someone and accuse them for being out late at night. When you are home on leave you hate to waste a moment. And others want to monopolize your time. If more evidence presents itself, I'll go with that. Until then, I won't be suggesting the victim was the cause of his own death.
