This is a very responsible way of doing things. When taylor greedily accepted 8.1 million dollars last year they most likely never even considered other options. The city council there had their hands out without debate, they closed two stations and want to keep 31 fire fighters from feds with money they don't have.they even threatened to jail mayor for not accepting this quick enough. The way dearborn is doing things is proper procedures.
