Well that's certainly a way to lure business and tax payers back to the city, NOT!
With so many things working against the city recovery why attack motorist now ?
You should be going after illegals , drug dealers.

Can you even read? They seek to collect money owed to the city by violators. This is old money that people owe. Don't violate the law and you will not owe a fine. This is generally the rule in all suburbs as well. Hope this helps.

Why are the so-called politicians in DETROIT unable to explain to the citizens where is all this money going? why is Detroit in financial trouble since the mid 1990's?
For almost 20 years now Detroit is still struggling with money issues despite all the fundings from the Federal Government, the state of Michigan and all the taxpayers in that city.
This place is a lost cause. Just sell it to the feds or jail all elected officials and civils servants in here.
Other than that, forget it.
