She might as well run for the office. She's not running from the state as the others. She has a huge support in her district. Hansen Clarke is like no opposition at all and there is a third candidate to suck off more votes.

If the good people of Michigan are smart they would vote this crook along with every other useless Michigan politician out of office.

Easy enough for us to say. We don't live in her district. Nobody of substance is running against her. Clarke will go down in flames unless lightening strikes Carolyn and engraves "666" on her forehead.

Her even running is indicative of the larger problems of corruption and thuggery in Detroit. The fact that she'll probably win is ironic, yet evidence of the systemic and pervasive problems from which the city cannot grow out of or eliminate from its very structure.

This the same city where the cops sleep in their cars (and it gets posted on youtube) and shoot 7-year old children. The people of the city elected Kwame Kilpatrick twice and also elected Granholm twice. Now, some people are now trying to convince the citizenry that nightly gunfire and constant police sirens are not something with which they should have to live.

A woman waits in line for hours to get "Obama money" from "his stash" and gets quoted (and laughed at) in newscasts all over the country as an example of how stupid people have become.

Think about this for a minute and honestly ask yourself why Detroit is the butt of jokes and the object of ridicule all over America. If you have no answer, perhaps you should learn to think for yourself.
