message loud and clear.

you can't mismanage federal, state, county or city governments the way liberals have been mismanaging our local and national economy.

there is an axiom in economics which states,
"what you tax you get less of what you subsidize you get more of"

Now look around your city, county, state or the country and you see the results of 50 years of over regulation on business by every level of government, over taxation of business and aggressive union bully tactics which have driven industry, mfg off shore.

we have thrown trillions of dollars at poverty and all we have is more poverty. time to end the gravy train. get those people jobs and off welfare.

deport the illegals who steal jobs by working for less than a livable wage then get food stamps welfare medical & education at tax payer expense.

Illegals have taught American business how to hire only part timers for low wages no benefits who can't support them selves or earn a living wage on the American economy or standard of living.

Time to retool this fiscal mess or go out of business as a country. Democracy was a great experiment but failed because liberal government tried to be everything to everyone.

see Greece, & Europe today that is the near future of Detroit and America. too much spending too much debt not enough productive people to support this bloated fiscal mess.

wait till the obozo fiscal nightmare kicks in excessive inflation due to excessive borrowing & printing of money , health care cost & cost of federal government killing off the American economy.

government at every level takes too much money out of a fragile economy.

The words "over regulation on business " are 100 % accurate not only in Detroit but also in Southfield MI.

Out there the zoning division is the dumbest office in the whole country. You open a business, you want to put your business name in front of the doors, guess what will happen, the freaking zoning division will call you to let you know that the letters are a quarter inch wider than what the law allows !!!! you need to remove it or close your business.

Don't even try Livonia MI , the office right there on the first floor, there a guy a kind of old fellow with a bad attitute in the zoning division.
It sucks !

Cyprus and the PIGS (Portugal, Ireland, Greece, and Spain) can't be compared to Detroit. When will somebody end this silly US dichotomy of dealing always in twos, blue and red, D and R, left and right or, as it's euphemistically worded here, "progressive" and (so-called) conservative?(What, by the way, is it they're conserving? I don't see much left to conserve.)

What the media won't say, what the "conservatives" won't say, is that what ails Detroit is not what mismanaged it -- progressives -- but who: blacks.

Look to anything where blacks are the majority and in control and you will find untrammeled social and financial disaster. This extends to businesses, organizations, towns, cities, counties, or countries.

When Mel Far started his dealership he hired black managers. He was headed for bankruptcy until he fired them and hired white managers. Eventually he did go broke years later for other business reasons.

You are nuts. How can you blame other for using blind dichotomy when in the meantime, you are unable of moving beyond race line? Are Black managing Greece? do you know that the country thanks to which Portigal is holding today on its knees is a Black country? This country is Angola. Read a little bit the news and move you tiny brain outside the teaching from a neighborhood school.
BTW the least business friendly state in the nation from a recent FORBES survey is California, it's colored in white with a F grade( see map) Isn't this coloring sending a clear message? If one follows your stu-pid reasoning, Forbes is right to assign that color to California.
