This has been common knowledge for years...how come it's only coming out now?

Regarding Jessica Cooper's other allegations, they are also true! I can attest to this first-hand!

After being informed by my prominent Birmingham-based attorneys; "we need to give something to the judge", I coughed up the requested healthy five-figure sum. So then I found myself in front of MacKenzie after the court had cleared for the day except for the recorder, my attorney and some other random individual that clearly had nothing to do with prosecution.

Received the afore-warned tongue-lashing and walked away from what the less fortunate usually receive 90+ days for.

Are you prepared to sign a sworn statement to that effect and possibly make yourself available to testify? I agree that this Judge has turned very simple misdemeanor charges into financial catastrophes for many, and see's any person in front of him on drug or alcohol charges as a menace to society, but I also don't think he is that stupid. He has obviously pissed off the OCP and she is coming at him as hard as everybody else she tries to hang. I used to think we lived in a good county and city but have a totally different perspective right now. Jack booted thugs is a more fitting description of what they pretend to be justice. If you have money you may get some version of fair justice. If you don't, you're going to be screwed financially and probably serve some time. The jury is still out on McKenzie. I doubt they have anything on him other then being a big dick, and thats not against the law for a judge.

Oh sure....testify against a judge who falsifies records. Next thing I know, I'm a child molester in a 10-man at OCJ....LOL!

I think you'll find that this judge has given himself enough rope.

P.S. The "jury" isn't "out", they haven't even been in yet.

So even the Judge is guilty until proven innocent.
