These officers may be 11 time repeat offenders if the claims against them are true. My brother was walking around his neighborhood for exercise one evening and got picked up by DP. They took him to a favorite bar of theirs on Joy Road and threatened to blow his head off for not having the answers they wanted, that is, confessing to something they wanted to clear up.
