Detroit is hopeless.
you can't bring a lifeless, soulless brainless hulk lacking a moral compass , ethics or work ethic back to life.
it will just do what it has been doing which is nothing. be back in the ditch no matter how much money you throw at it.
consider welfare. We tax payers have thrown (wasted) trillions of dollars at the problem and we have more than ever why??
Because there is an axiom in economics which states, that what you subsidize you get more of what you tax you get less of.
now look around Detroit and you see first hand what 60 years of ignoring that axiom has done to da city.
see all them jobs??? oh wait they been taxed away.
see all them welfare queens and illegal immigrants?
they have been subsidized supported to the high numbers we see today.
