Defendant attorneys agreed on this group and expressed only that it seemed to be a fair and diverse jury.

The ground for appeal is in having a single trial and jury for all three defendants. Judge Edmunds quickly shot that motion down rather than subject taxpayers to multiple trials. Bernard almost got off completely free and maybe he would have with a dedicated jury that defense could play to. If Bobby and KK could have been split, the cohesion of the charges might have been lacking and the jury might not have seen the proof that was clear here.

KK and Bobby remanded to custody NOW.
Bailiff, take them away.
