ACLU Accuses Detroit Police of Kidnapping Homeless, Dumping Them Outside City
After a year-long investigation, the American Civil Liberties Union of Michigan filed a complaint with the United States Department of Justice this week alleging that officers with the Detroit Police Department routinely approach individuals who appear to be homeless, force them into vans, then abandon them miles away.

simple solution: ACLU staff members take homeless people home, thus the homeless have a home, and ACLU solve the problem to the cheers of the multitude...
