The third punch is a dumbed down, dull witted unmotivated population
brains scrambled by years of drugs, welfare and sad lame gene pool.

A product called concrobium is supposed to dissolve those mold spores. It's a little pricy, but it a time like this you need something strong and non-toxic. Bleach is reportedly less effective, but very cheap so that will be the choice of many Detroiters. When I used bleach more than a squirt in the sink, I use a respirator. With a well fitting respirator you will not smell any fumes because the carbon blocks it. Otherwise, a sore throat or more will happen. One can be hospitalized and succumb to pneumonia.
If it's porous, throw it out and that includes drywall.
Don't buy any storm damaged vehicles either.
