This is the third time its flooded here every year, i have lost so much, tired of throwing things away and cleaning,i need help

What about the recent flood on 6/26/14 again no help from FEMA , residents call in so we can get disaster relief!!! Governor, mayor declare this a disaster!!!!!!!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous on the villages part , my entire life was in my basement!!
