I use to love it. But the one here in Ripley is a joke. They don't know what they're doing, they're rude, and who knows what all is going on there. You don't make fun of the people that are giving you a job.

They used to be really good when I was in high school. That was only 2 years ago. All of the people who have waited on me there are rude as f*ck. The food takes forever now too. It never took 10 minutes for a Crunchwrap Supreme before.

It's like they just don't care. They will though. They aren't going to have jobs when they don't have customers anymore.

I've heard numerous people tell me to not eat there. And I've been telling quite a few people I know. I'll drive all the way to Ravenswood if I'm craving Taco Bell that bad. Their's is better anyways!

Love Ravenswood Taco bell better slot fresher too, everytime I go to the one on Ripley and order something they are out of it, why can't they go to the one in Ravenswood and get stuff? Cause when I worked at mcdonalds years ago if we would run out of anything we would go to ravenswood and get stuff

Nothing funnier than ordering a taco and hearing, "We're out of those right now." They just don't want to do anything.

it sounds to me like Ripley Taco Bell needs some new management. Waiting in line for 40 minutes for two loco tacos is ridiculous. And this happened not once, but twice and it was at 2:30 in the afternoon. So being rush hour was not an excuse. Wont go there again.

The guy working the window tday had no clue what was goin on, he handed me the first bag and toldem i didnt hav my whole order, and 2 more bags and 15 min later i finally got it. FYI always check ur food bfore u leav, always get driv-thrud at that place!!

It was ran right when the last GM and assistant GM were there. Since they left, the place has went to hell. Also, some other employees that worked there were very nice and knew how to work! Maybe Taco Bell needs to treat their management and employees a little better and they wouldn't all quit.

you can drive to Ravenswood's Taco Bell and get your food and be back to Ripley in the time it takes Ripley TB to get your order and get you the food. Why cant they get their act together?

Has anyone else had a problem with them not being opened at ten like they are suppose to. When I worked there with Missy and Bruce we had to had everything set up by 9:30. They doors were opened at 9:55. One day I was there at ten then the next it was noon still nothing.

Haven't had a problem like that. Found out something though. Sometime recently the manager was fired. lol. I tried again the other day since they got rid of some filth. They were soo much nicer and we even got food! Yes. lol

My kids live the Doritos Locos Tacos and want them nearly everyday. But, I hate the thoughts of going there the last couple weeks with drive thru intercom broken. It takes 30 minutes to get 4 tacos. I would go inside, but the last few times has been pouring rain and I have a 5 month old baby I don't want to drag out in the rain.

There is a short black hair girl that works the second window. The last two times I have been there all she does is cry that she needs a brake. So is so busy doing that that the first time she forgot to give me one whole bag of food and the second the whole order was messed up. I haven't been back since. The boy Mike at the window has always been nice

I have emailed Taco Bell through their website about this location. 20 min of waiting in line is not "fast food." something needs to change with this store and it usually starts at the top.

Every time I go through the drive through, without fail, something is missing from my order. So aggravating! Check your bags for sure.
