Drugs are entering the county through the transportation of livestock, from Individuals such as Reedy, Cooper, an Mosser Stabels, an are traded at the local livestock markets an distributed from there while the state police an the Jackson county sherifs dept turn a blind eye

That's funny when people help get the drugs off the streets all's people do is run that person in the ground, call them a database informent should people tell who's selling drugs because its the right thing to do or turn a blind eye seems to me its a loose loose situation. Lest take a vote 1. Turn them all in. Or 2. Turn a blind eye I choose turn them all in

There are to many, bet you can't catch them all, most of them don't even live here, that bring the good stuff. The problem is, things get fixed and changed around, which causes a much bigger problem, such as the prescription pills, forms of them have been altered so they are no good for the hard core drug addiction, so guess what hit Jackson County wide open. Yeah, I thought it would never happen here because its a city drug and kinda cheap elsewhere, but here its ten times the cost. Know what it is yet. You don't what to know, because it's gonna cause way more problems for this county than what we have already seen with the pills. Its already started, there are so many people using hypodermic needles you can find them thrown out just about anywhere, so not only do we have a group of junkies, but we will have junkies spreading diseases. In this small town they will think its ok to share needles because we are frinds and we know each other..But that will not be the case. Lots of sick people will be amoung us and I dont mean sick on drugs. So do you think we need Charlie Hatcher for Sheriff GET REAL.. We need Bright to have a twin. Oh and Tony Boggs yeah hes already in there, but not my first choice. Hey maybe we can get Paul Hesson to run, now that is choice in itself. So good luck people its gonna get worse before it gets better, lock your doors and have somekind of protection. Those HEROIN addicts will be stealing anything not concreted down. Oh Yeah HEROIN thats the city drug I mentioned earlier. Guess its really no longer a city drug is it.
well I'm sure we all know its here and we all know someone who dose something but the question is this do u all over look it or turn a blind eye???

I'm telling ya !! It's come full circle here where I am from. We got people using the needle you would have never thought would. Most of it's users aren't old enough to remember herion's impact back in the late 60's and early 70's . It's gonna get real bad to . So when you're buddy says " hell go ahead we're just snorting it " and it's time for ya to say yay or nay you better think twice. It's fricking KILLING people. All it takes is 1 hot load . By the way if you will snort it you will eventually run it.

I live in jackson county and it seems to me that the cops are paid off by the people that bring in the wholesale amount of drugs and then they turn around and bust the retailers so that, in essence, on the surface it seems that they're doing something about the drug problem, come on people wake up, the drugs won't stop coming because no one in this town wants to see the cash stop flowing, it keeps too many small business owners and city and county officials employed. Drugs are the driving force in this county, keeps the ball rolling so to speak. So, good luck trying to stop that. Not happening.
congratulations

I can tell you one thing, this town isn't the same as it was years ago... Everyone knows who sales drugs in this town including the cops and nothing whatsoever is done about it... Matt Murray is the biggest supplier here.. He drives right back and forth through ripley all day and he always has something on him... What makes it so hard to catch him? Nothing! Except you are turning a blind eye... Is there at least one good cop who will do something about it, not only him but just stopping this trash from ruining our town! I sure don't want to raise my son here

Electing Steve Donohew for Sheriff would go a long way on fixing our counties drug problem. He is the best man for the job and has a zero tolerance for illegal drugs.
