Tonight the American people saw, finally, the fraud that is Barack Obama. The great Oz was exposed as Romney pulled back the curtain revealing just how clueless and inept Obama is.

Obama even got 4 more minutes to speak (according to CNN) but still said less. Romney was cool, knowledgeable and on the offensive all night. If the country wasn't at stake you'd almost (I said almost) feel sorry for Obama. He looked lost and totally disinterested. Even liberal bloggers and commentators are slamming Obama for his performance.

Obama was looking down at his papers, smiling like a baby with gas, and just lost in the midst of Romney's attacks. Romney clearly had the facts and figures to back up his argument and probably helped himself enough to win the election.

Some liberals were even bemoaning the notion that Obama might have lost the election tonight. Now I know why Team Obama tried to lower expectations: Obama's staff knew their man wouldn't have his teleprompter....

I watched the debate and the feeling i got was that not matter who wins, we the poor folks lose all the way around. There is no rich, middle class or poor anymore, it is only rich or nothing. If you make over $250,000.00 thousand a year you are rich, if you make less than $250,000.00 you are middle class. Well what about those that both the husband and wife work and only make $50,000.00 thousand a year, what are we. We are the poor and we are the ones that will lose all the way around. Insurance will go up one way or the other and taxes will go up on us, so how we suppose to live off of our income when we pay most of it in taxes and insurance. Things keep getting worse and worse and i see nothing getting better for the poor folks.

Some of what you say may be true but we still need a man in the White House who believes in the American way of life & understands the need for real job creation- not dependency on government. I'm not saying Romney was my first choice but given the perilous state of our nation he is light years ahead of Obama when it comes to restoring greatness to America and getting businesses to expand and hiring again. With Obama most companies have NO confidence in the future and have pretty much frozen hiring and any expansion plans.

With Romney I believe we'd see an immediate change in that confidence factor. And if a company, or consumer (us) has no confidence (afraid we might lose our job) you are not going to see any uptick in the economy. The choice is clear: Romney- Ryan 2012

It is very apparent that this country must suffer before we make a comeback. We must cut the entitlements such as food stamps and welfare checks and YES downsize government. My parents raised eight children and we worked on a farm and raised our food. Never once did we ask for any handouts. We, the children, were our parents' responsibility and they did not have us expecting the taxpayers to feed and clothe their children. That is what is wrong with America. This society actually expects the tax payers to take care of them if they make bad choices. Guess what? All eight children are hard workers and too have never asked the government for anything. It is so true that the apple does not fall far from the tree!

Obama and the DEMOCRATS saved our country from another GREAT DEPRESSION . I don't care what color of skin or what a mans name is when he works for me and produces . The Dow went from 6500 to 14000 , he saved our banking system , General Motors is alive and Osamma bin ladin is dead . The unemployment rate is lower than it was when he took office!!!! 4 MORE YEARS , It took alot more for the Bush and the REPUBLICANS to fuk it up .

Obama & Democrats "saved us from a great depression"? Hey idiot, we're in one now! The real unemployment rate is around 14%, with some groups (college grads around 50%, blacks 40- 50%, etc.)

The average unemployment rate under Bush was between 4%- 6%. Look it up at the BLS website. We were actually coming out of the recession in mid 2009 but when ObamaCare and the other radical policies (Dodd-Frank) were passed under the Democratic Congress we lapsed back into a recession. Again, these are facts easily obtainable from any government website.

Obama has been the most hostile President ever (since FDR) toward business and the free market. He seeks to reward big labor unions, radical enviromentalists, Planned Parenthood, illegal alien groups, etc. Another term from Obama would no doubt push our country into a dangerous depression and bankruptcy...

Anybody in their right mind ought to be scared if Obama got re-elected! Look at what he;s done in four years! Another four years & we're in the same boat as Greece, where crowds are rioting and attacking police, burning stores, looting, etc.

Obama has added SIX TRILLION DOLLARS to the national debt in just four years! That more than all other presidents COMBINED!!! We are already nearing the point of no return. There is no way we ca survive if we have another four years of this. Unemployment will be like Spain (20% and over), inflation will start to spike, and China will rise to power and the USA will no longer be a super power.

For you to even think Obama would be great tells me that you are either a Obama Zombie or/and you are living of the government and want to continue it forever...

But thankfully the polls nationally and in the battleground states are moving to Romney (he leads now). I feel comfortable now that he (Romney) will stay in the lead and win by 4%- 5%...

Our only prayer (and that's to God) is for Romney to win. He might not be the perfect answer to the problem but he's not the unmitigated disaster that Obama is. Romney won't be able to fix this immediately and if anyone is naive enough to think that they need to grow up. But since he is a business man and running the financial side of the country requires that I truly feel he will get us going into the right direction.

Don't follow you political party, race, sexual orientation and vote in the way guarranteed to end our country as a giant amoung nations.

Vote for Romeny! He is the only choice for this situation.

Nobaba had 2 un-Republican-controlled years with his party in the majority and he didn't do squat. What in Heaven's name do these idiots that want to re-elect him think is going to be any better. He's had four years WITH NO PROGRESS...why in the hell would ANYONE want to give him four more?

And...there is no way a Christian-thinking person could vote for Obama. The black Pastors are RIGHT.

Get off the Kool Aid dude! Gallup has Romney up 51%- 46%. The previous days had Romney up by 5% to 6%. Rasmussen has Romney ahead by 50%- 48%. In Ohio Romney now leads 50%- 48%. They are tied in Michigan and Wisconsin. And now Romney is even going to campaign in liberal Minnesota. A few weeks ago winning here would have been unthinkable so for Romney to invest time/money there tells us that polls are shifting there as well.

You are no doubt looking at those biased electoral maps pushed by NBC and CNN, etc. Based on Gallup's early voting survey Romney leads 52%- 45%.

Here is a link with more up to date electoral data:

http://washingtonexaminer.com/some-see-gop-vo...

You can whistle past the graveyard but every poll has a continued tide toward Romney. In fact, many liberal commentators have already been writing columns on what went wrong (for Obama) and who is to blame. It's over. Romney will win & I guarantee it...

Among "registered voters" but among LIKELY VOTERS Romney leads 51%- 46%. This last number is what Gallup publishes now b/c no polling organizations use "registered voter" data this late in the game. They all report the "likely voter" research.

Another telling bit of research comes from a bipartisan source:

"The bipartisan Battleground Poll, in its “vote election model,” is projecting that Mitt Romney will defeat President Obama 52 percent to 47 percent. The poll also found that Romney has an even greater advantage among middle class voters, 52 percent to 45 percent." (Weekly Standard reporting the results 1o- 29-12)
