yea, he is dead. he did decide to run from em. some kind of road block or something police set up is what caused the wreck. he did die due to injuries from the wreck. they put him in the ground today. he was not a bad person, drug dealer, etc. he is well known all around, a very good man to have on your side, would have your back at all costs, very smart, was happy all the time, hard working, a mothers son, and only human. he will, and already is greatly missed. please careful what u post on here...people are grieving.

No the road block didn't cause the wreck, the idiot running from the police caused the wreck!!! Duh!!! If he hadn't ran from them it wouldn't have happened! And he just got out of jail for the same thing!! Drug dealer not sure? Meth cook oh yea!!! So don't blame the road block for his life cause he didn't have to run would you be saying the same thing if he hit one of your family members and killed them while running from the police??????

For speeding , seems like once they got the tag number they could have stopped the chase and went from their it wasn't like he killed anyone or just robbed a bank.

Getting the tag number is ok but how do they know why he was running from them.. Example police get shot all the time frm people that had commited a crime and the police thought they were just speeding..I hate it for the family and for the guy that died but he made the decision not the cops...Also the cops never blocked the road... They were out of there vehicles making traffic pull over and move bcause he was going over 100 mph on a wet road... He swerved at the cops and wrecked about 3 miles later into a tree from going too fast on a wet road...All he had to do was stop !!!!! Again sorry for the family and my prayers are with you....

They got all the ingredients that he had to make meth with and he tried to run over the officers that where trying to clear the road so nobody else would get hurt... It was a sad situation don't wish death on anyone but he should have just pulled over and he'd still be alive!!!!

I agree but once they had a tag it should have stop the chase .

Why should it stop the chase? The tag doesn't mean that's who's driving the car!! Come on don't be so green!! The vehicle tag wasn't the person driving so if they had stopped the chase the guy would have gotten away with no charges and went and made his meth and probly sold some to someone you care about!! He had just got out of jail for running from the police so he didn't learn his lesson the first time!!

I bet the tag came back to the right vehcile and with a little work they could have taken out the propper warrents and that way no one would have died . That's what I would have done and I bet I been the police a little longer than you boss man

It did come back to the rite vehicle but it didn't come back to the guy driving! So you would have let him get away! And I never said I was a police man!!! And apparently you aren't either cause you misspelled warrant! And bet you didn't know the last time he ran from the law he went around a curve turned the vehicle broad side cut the lights off and ran into the woods and the officer came around the curve and t-boned the abandoned vehicle! You wish you were the police lol ur a wanna be!!
