Northbay wants this designation so they can overcharge even more unknowing dupes who are flown in by no choice of their own.

I couldn't even venture a guess at how many hospitals there are in this country but find it amazing that a little Podunk town like Vacaville has the third highest cost medical care facilitc in the country.

NB is the community hospital. They charge more to cover the cost of the uninsured and sheep herders from Birds Landing.
