Another decision on behalf of the AZ
taxpayers. If her momma didn't like
how her daughter was progressing, she
should have complained to the MX
government about "English" classes.

Maybe the kids is just stupid...

Maybe the monther could have helped more at home...

If the kid needed help in English, it's safe to assume the mother couldn't speak it well either (if at all)

The mother speaking spanish at home probably erased the gains the daughter made while at school immersed in English.

I came from another country and my first priority was to learn the language of this country. My school assigned a "tutor" who worked with me but mostly I did it on my own, without government help. I don't understand people who come to this country and make demands. You don't like what you're getting here, go back home and make the appropriate changes in your home country.

I agree with Paul, the mother should have taken an active role in teaching her child English. And, how do these people dare to tie up our courts and waste the taxpayers' money????? Would they be able to do the same in Mexico?????
